Perfect your at home manicure!

Hii everyone, today i'm going to make my first post about nails <3 Ahhh, i'm so excited! So lets start. And this is usable for a manicure AND peticure so enjoy! I'll also include some pics(:

Perfecting your at home Manicure (and peticure) -From the Beauty Bible by Paula Begoun

1. Remove any previously applied polish

2. Gently file nails into the shape you want

3. Soak nails in plain warm water for no more than 3 minutes
4. Trim the cuticle and avoid pushing it back as much as possible
5. Trim the nails carefully using sharp mani scissors or nail clippers
6. Moisturize the cuticle with a cuticle oil

7. Remove the oil before painting nails
8. Apply a basecoat

9. Apply the first coat of desired polish


10. Apply a second coat evening after the first coat has dried
11. After the two coats are completely dry apply a topcoat

12. Touch up polish every other day with a layer of top coat to make it last longer

And Tah-Dah!!! You have yourself a perfect at home mani/pedi! Enjoy

My basic daily makeup routine for school

Heres what i do in the morning to get ready for school! I know i should be doing somethings differently so later you may be seeing a "Morning Makeup Routine Goal" post or something! LETS BEGIN(:

1. Plug in straight iron
2. Apply sunscreen (while straight iron heats)
3. Curl eyelashes
4. Apply 1 coat of mascara
5. Apply light cream color all over eyelid
6. Apply a dark coffee color in crease
7. Add second coat of mascara
8. Apply lipgloss of choice
9. Check straightner to see if its heated
10. Comb out hair a few times
11. Straighten hair strand by strand
12. Put on headband of choice
13. Check my work ! (:

Review: E.L.F. Studion 27 piece mini makeup collection

I'm going to share with you guys my 13 things i love and hate about this item.

Love:

1. the packaging is sleek, strong, and black!

2.the idea behind this palette

3.4/9 of the shadows

4.the size is small and very portable; great for travel

5.the additional pencil eyeliner

6. its very convenient

Dislike:

7.5/9 of the shadows flake, and don't stay

8.the cream shadow isn't pigmented enough

9.the lip colors have a very annoying consistency

10.the lip shades dont go with common skin tones

11.the applicators are flimsy

12.the brow powder is too light

13.the stay power sucks

Summary: 3/5 stars, This product has many great features as well as some that need improvement. I recommend this to a beginner or someone who travels often.
